Paint a Picture

Please note this poem was written by my grandmother (Pauline Jean Thorley) i had permission before she died to post this in her memory.

Paint a picture of the sea
Paint the sun that shines with glee
Paint the clouds so blue and white
Paint the seagulls in their flight
Paint the ships as they set sail
Paint the fins of the great white whale
Paint the rocks and harbour too
And after that i might paint you
