Enter my pain
Such a vicious reverie
Mark the departure
Taking my breath away
Stepping into the deep side of the lake
Only to find shallows
Breathing in the fumes of burning coals
Taking my breath away
Silence is what you hear
The veil of soundless night
Darkness is what you feel
In your ever-breaking heart
The way you breathe
I shan't resist this embrace
Although I know it will kill me
I can't expect to live
In the shadow of another's mind
Blessings wrapped in sin
Never release your grip
The shimmering of your skin
Please accept this gift
An offering to redeem
And then I whispered my fanatical verses
Into her invisible ear
Luring her into my arms
Kissing the beauty goodnight
Bereavement trapped me, and I lost sight
The passion envelops me so gently
This is the last goodbye
The time has come for you to be like me
Like a moth too close to a flame
You'll never regret
The sickness sweeps over us
The greed takes you by the throat
Moonlight scatters across the lake
And paints this moment in your eyes
Trapped beneath the sun
I lost all hopes but one
Face me
Entrance me
I sweat for this final chance
Hold me
Enfold me
In your eternal perdition
Deception threatens to wash you out
To drain you away
The stillness lingers like a plague
This place will never be the same
Blood is in the air
They found you without your heart
The blade just piercing through the dress
Withdrawn from an endless void
Death grants you escape
