Him & Me (Part 1 of 2)
Hey man
do you like to come in
I will not ask for anything
take some food
warm your body
rest the night, stay longer
if you like
Wondering
if you know that I see
myself in you
the way you move
how deep did you dive
how long did it take
to sink, to work
all the way down
Wondering
if you still feel
family and friends
long gone structure
of needs in your flesh
do they still feel betrayed
by you, your failure
and let down
Wondering
if you can read
my mind
the need to be safe and cared for
feel my squeezed heart
in the golden cage
smelling the slow and steady
death of my own wilderness
Feeling
your rough hands
on my naked shoulder
captured by the softness in your eyes
the warm, well known heavy breath
pain is piercing heart and hands
mind is melting inside
the empty jar
Lying still
close to each other
without any move
closed eyes filled with burning tears
feeling the rising
redemption
of go(o)d laughter
Fuck them all
do you like to come in
I will not ask for anything
take some food
warm your body
rest the night, stay longer
if you like
Wondering
if you know that I see
myself in you
the way you move
how deep did you dive
how long did it take
to sink, to work
all the way down
Wondering
if you still feel
family and friends
long gone structure
of needs in your flesh
do they still feel betrayed
by you, your failure
and let down
Wondering
if you can read

the need to be safe and cared for
feel my squeezed heart
in the golden cage
smelling the slow and steady
death of my own wilderness
