'Cell'

I've read it...
somewhere
some time ago,
that one can destroy
many cells with something
as simple
as a pinch
on the skin...

Though,
they can
be replaced,
reborn,
again n' again...

So I wonder...
if, it is applicable
to the massive
amount of loss
from the poundin'
pain of assessed
by that 'vessel'
witherin' away
ever slowly in the chest...?

Invariably,  I gather not...
the knot bulges,
tight...the constriction,
a condition-like
death looms...

It's ghastly hauntin'
taunts...
gregariously chantin...'
"regeneration is only
a degeneration"
of the cell's inability
towards the inevitability
of it's emanate doom...
