Moonwalk

It is a cold cold world
And most of us didn't pack warm clothing
Bloody stupid if you ask me
But no one asked me did they?
No one ever really does

Somehow I always seem to moonwalk into these things.
Existential questions and hypothetical flaws in the imagined castle that I might potentially build in the proverbial sky.

To go about life wreathed in "maybes" and "what ifs"

What if I could just live?
Damn the logistics
Fuck the "why?"
Does it even really concern me?

I begin to understand the appeal of religion

I'm not the pilot
I don't make the calls
I'm just along for the ride
I don't make the decisions
Give it all up to the Big Man in the sky
He knows what's best anyway

It's something to live for
Its something to live with
Its a lot to live without

And I begin to ramble
rambling...rambling...
Always rambling...

But it is what I do.

Moonwalking
into Existential questions
and hypothetical flaws
in the imagined castle
that I might potentially build

in the proverbial  sky
