Defeat them with a sneer.

Baleful gaze that begs to bicker
Caustic purport in her eyes
Denotes a wicked surprise:
But unknown to her, I've disrobed her lies.

Candor by the heat they sweat out
During the moment they see your true ice.
But I suppose you think you can quench them all.

was a fun challenge. Your second section seems like 'D' could use a 'Does' before 'denote[s]' in the spirit of rhythm, but only my opinion. Well done, Mike.
