The moon

The moon is in love with the ocean,
The moon enchanting and glowing,
Pulling the ocean to her elegant beauty,
The moon is easily jealous and envious,

A sacred night,
Moon full and round,
Her light grazed my pale skin,
She looked upon my bareness,

Men, women, and creatures of the damned,
Entering one another,
Pleasuring one another,
We injected venom into our veins,

The moon envious of our love hid,
Weeping as she hid from such beauty,
The sun came out,
Burning hot but not as hot as me,

I was on fire,
My body was hotter than any summer,
My beauty rivaled the moon,
As I enjoyed myself with my followers,
The moon came out once again,

We sang to her and she listened,
But the moon wept as my beauty swept over her,
Her tears became rain and rain we had,

Dancing and kissing under the moon's light,
Enchanted by the moon's eye,
We lit our poison and inhaled,
The air pollunated with incense,
We ate food that put stars in our eyes,
We became animals beneath the moon,
Love making all the same,

The moon sent us gifts for our loyalty,
We spent our nights under her beauty,
Worshipping her with our bodies,
Giving praise and thanks,
The moon guides us,
We are and always have been,
Animals of the moon.
