Give it to Me Raw

I wish more people were like this, everyone seems so cut-and-paste and watered down by social norms. No one wants to talk about ufos or death or anything taboo/"uncomfortable".

IMHO, I think the first three lines are the strongest in the piece and may work up the climax if it were positioned closer to the end between "Don't sugarcoat anything, Especially not yourself," and "  Give it to me how it is,   Or don't give me anything." The piece works well as is , though, and the contrast between, "No makeup, no cologne. No adjectives, no adverbs," is excellent.  Nice job.  

Thanks for your opinion. I wrote this on the fly and didn't put much thought into revising it, I think you might be right though. I'll play around with the order a bit.

A lot of superficial people out there so false, hiding behind a mask. I'm really enjoying your poetry. You say in a few lines what would t'd say in a page. Well done. moog.
