Nuclear War in Bible Prophecy:The Why,Where, Who and How of Russian Attack on America

I'll start with the how. How can Russia bomb us
 without getting hit by our retaliation in return ?
Our threat to retaliate is what has kept  
the Kremlin from attacking up until now.
So what has changed ??(or is about to change?)
 
WE HAVE BEEN REDUCING THE SIZE AND  
STRENGTH OF OUR RETALIATORY ARSENAL !!~
Russia made peace, ending the Cold War,  
just so we would feel safe enuff to disarm  -  like fools.
And disarm we did, like gang busters, with reckless abandonment.
We had 39 Boomer submarines in Reagan's day.
Now we are down to just 12  --  a whopping 2/3 reduction !!  
And because we signed a new disarmament treaty in April 2010,  
we are really down to just 10 subs !!
We still have 12 subs but we reduced the missiles on each one down to just 20.
It had been 24. And 4/24 = 1/6 So it is a 1/6 reduction.
And 1/6 of 12 is 2 subs. And 12 subs minus 2 = 10 subs,
