Always in my life believed
God had made a special breed
A product of much love and grace
Of love and caring, smiling face
He knew we needed help at times
darkest hours, meanest crimes
He chose a few for those in need
No selfishness or hate or greed
He sent them down to walk with us
He knew they'd never make a fuss
He chose a halo free from sight
The glow within, the only light
They hold you up when down you fall
Strengthen us to stand up tall
A smile for to help us through
Times when we are feeling blue
Giving when the need arises
Showing up to gift surprises
These God only made a few
To walk among the sad and blue
To pick us up when we fall down
Their halo really is a crown
He made these beings, they are real
"Angels" is their sovereign seal
He sent for us just only few
The one he sent for me was "YOU"
