It's Time

she needs positive,
she needs happy
people who are grounded,
stable in who they are,
even keeled about life

people who are happy for her
when she's feeling good about things
people who are okay
when she's quiet,
and even more so when she's not

she's not even looking for "friends"
she's had those, and a lot of good
it did her, she just wants to be around
good hearted people, people who care
about one another

like when she was a kid,
and everyone she knew
looked out for each other
through good and bad,
and if anyone messed with you
there was a whole crew
behind you ready to kick ass
and take names,
where are those people?
