when the lion awakes.
When sleeping lions rise from slumber
With ferocious roars and growls like thunder
the time is here to lend an ear,for now they hunt relinquish fear
straight for the heart they steer,they slash and tear
shredding darkness destroying the pain and sadness.
with surgical claws aimed like biblical archers,
with force and reckon like a million marchers.
when demons are slain they clean their wounds,
preen their fur and shake their manes.
retreating slowly to the spirit plains,to bathe in sunlit spaces,
adored by a thousand faces.free from chains of capture,
shackles gone.and now its time for our new rapture,
to love and laugh and live in truth,
to bring it back from where its loose,
returning to that pure domain,
of love and light there is no shame.
to nurture ease and comfort pain.
,then architect how we would see,and freedom for eternity.
for you my love the lion wakes,
have faith and courage while you wait
.and stand back when his main he shakes.
when i am done you wont regret,
no longer will you cry or fret,
never more will i return,
to let the demons cut and burn,
for once theyre tossed to the abyss,
your hand held tight ,we cannotr miss.
no longer will you have to hide, or put up with atrocious lies,
no longer will you have to glance and see your loved one in atrance.
when lions awake i will return and hold you tight and then relearn,
free from chains and ties of past,
returned to cherish and join hearts.
all this i promise ,this just for you for now i know what i must do,
as i charge into the foe,
remember not to let me go,
just breathe relax ill soon return,
again your gentle,loving ,caring man.
