You Warned Me
When I first met you, you warned me about yourself
You said you werent the type I would want a relationship with
But I had a weak spot in my heart for you
I ignored all the stop signs and crashed head on
Now I'm hurt, and the scars and bruises are reminders
Your love hit hard and cut deep
With razor sharp blades to a heart that was too weak
When you say "I love you" the words are warm and tender to my heart
But your actions speak louder when we're apart
When they combine it doesnt make sense
Your love, I shouldve never bent
They're complete opposites of eachother
I want to tell you but your love has got me too numb
Too late to run for cover
I love you I really do, But after this accident
My Heart just gave out, it's done it's through
I guess I shouldve known, I guess it's my fault
I would've never crashed if I'd just walked
