Road To Forever
walked through the broken down street
without a familiar face in sight,
I kept walking,
As long as i would reach my destination,
A destination far away i yet didnt know,
Everyone i knew was left behind,
I tried to find a familiar street,
Everyone stared at me like an outcast,
Shit don’t prepare you for that feeling,
The peace and quite left me to think,
Think of where i was going,
Should I? Is It Smart?
I Asked myself,
I cleared my mind from everything and everyone,
I walked a lonely road,
Life didn’t prepare me for this,
I prepared myself,
I Grew old as i walked,
My knees started to give up,
My thirst was killing me,
As i fell on my knees,
I felt like this was it,
Like if i had giving up,
Thinking death was right around the corner,
I looked up,
I fell flat on my face,
I found a good looking town,
I made it i thought,
After walking forever
without a familiar face in sight,
I kept walking,
As long as i would reach my destination,
A destination far away i yet didnt know,
Everyone i knew was left behind,
I tried to find a familiar street,
Everyone stared at me like an outcast,
Shit don’t prepare you for that feeling,
The peace and quite left me to think,
Think of where i was going,
Should I? Is It Smart?
