Frankenstein

You stayed up those longs nights carefully picking out the pieces you needed to assemble me
Not realizing even though you were trying your best to create another human life that you were indeed piecing together something  far more worse than that…
a monster if you will
gave me cold black hair because that was the true color of your soul
attached together all my joints with screws because you didn’t want any piece of me to be whole
made my mouth of stitches because broken words is all you ever spoke
even my heart was mechanically powered by electrical volts
and when I finally arise at first you were in awe
I created her so beautiful or so that’s what you thought
but I’d never live a fulfilled life definitely not in this time
and so you begin to fear your most prizing Frankenstein
you killed me to life
and loved me to death
you wanted a companion but you gave then took her breath
