Synopsis of Me

Some things about me that none of you know,
I'm recently divorced, single mom with multiple sclerosis that stays on the go.
I learned a lesson about love I'm never going to forget,
And even though it was hard I'll never regret it.
With an illness like that my future is a question,
Still on my face you won't see a sad expression.
I'm sure you wondering but how can that be?
Because I discovered even more strengths that I even didn't know about me.
My son is my pride and joy,
He's truly who I do it all for.
Some days can be difficult battling what I have to fight,
But I just look up and thank Him cause I know I'll be alright.
So the next time you feeling low, lower than before,
Just remember He has a plan so just smile and endure.
Even through the hard times my soul stays uplifted,
Return to sender, never, not these blessings I've been gifted!
