It was everything
It was in the way she said my name, so that everything else from her mouth was less than. The way it dripped from her lips like sweet nectar. Each syllable a ringing bell that awakened my being.
It was in the way her fingers brushed mine when we walked together, gently and eagerly all at once. Sending sparks down my arms and stomach into the very core of yearning.
It was in the way she laughed, with abandon and soul that filled my whole view with sunlight so that there was nothing else to see.
There was only her, a hazy backlight vision choking on laughter and shaping the letters of my name with her pink cupid bow mouth. Tickling the tips of my fingers and all at once becoming my new muse.
It was in the way she lived that told me she was a delicate soul and a raging storm to be worshipped like a goddess come to earth.
