Let's do this!

    
 
   Let's do this!  
   let's embrace the fate!  
   let's jump over this ridge,  
   feel the air through the nose  
   savouring every bounce  
   relishing every thud!  
 
   Lets' stand up to the surf  
   let the waves crash on you!  
   Let them take you down  
   dare them make you drown  
   drag you o'er the sand  
   drop you in the mud!  
 
   Let the fish bite  
   take a chunk of you  
   take you into the deep  
   deep into the blue  
   let it dress in red  
   bathe it in your blood!  
 
   Let's go admiring dunes  
   the whistling winds' tunes  
   let the skin feel the sun  
   no clouds to spoil the fun  
   it's the place to bury the fear  
   and drain the emotional flood!  
 
   Death is but a friend  
   lost in search of you  
   when everyone betrays  
   it embraces you  
   dead, you're at bloom  
   alive, you're a bud!  
 
 
Note:- this poem is pure fiction and not written in dark/depressive tone infact the opposite..hence the submission under Upbeat category.
