Look at me
Do you see
My perfect misery?
I look so blue
I wait for you
Why am I true?
You've done nothing but hurt
You, the chronic pain, flirt
Around you I'm so alert
Im longing to punch your face
Your jaw I want to trace
But neither will be the case
You always betray everyone near or around
Causing them to fall on the ground
And you just smile without a sound
You are my one and only greatest pain
You're the main reason I have gone insane
You're toxic and sweet as nuclear sugar cane

When the one who makes you hurt is the same one who can make it better, you're truly hooked. It's best to stay wary, but that instinct also searches for a grain of truth, for something to hang onto. This dichotomy comes through in the verses
