How dare you make me feel belittled
Leaving me bewildered
Your grin of amusment
As tears stream down my face
Nothing but a joke to you this is
My feelings disregarded
As your heart fills no warmth
Mine cold as ever
In such a fright
I wonder
Will this ever be the same
Pounding
Thumping
Then nothing
Nothing at all
The numbness has come
Once again..
