We're nothing but whores.
Used by the world,
and by the time our heels touch Heaven,
we're too worn out and loose to sigh in relief.
So what makes you different?
Mother told you, you were unique?
Well you shouldn't always trust a parent.
No matter how underground your music is,
or the obscure way your hair falls in place.
You're nothing new,
Just another wheel in a dying race.
