So many ways when it means too much to know if her love will grow and stay, or go away, just shows that every passing day is another fall and splatter spray, another note of rapture and play, capture the blaze, every chapter of the maze is another carrot and stick, another moment to carry and switch, trying not to care too much, give it all up, bare the narrative before the seeds can sprout, reach air and live. Hardest thing to do is not push when you're so aware of it. Just carry the risk, the bliss, the unknowable twist between the dawn and the mist, the palm and the fist, the calm and the twitch. Each side of you must have their voice, nothing dismissed. Glad you wrote this.
