- - - YOUR HERO IS GONE - - -
When your world is drenched in tragedy
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your life is drowned in misery
You’ll find your hero is gone
Upon the steps of regret
And all the face you have met
Tears hide behind vacant smiles
A truth you’ve known all the while
Loneliness breeds in your heart
All the while, death do us part
Now growing frail over time
The price to pay, you’ll finally find
When your world is gripped in agony
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your life is trapped by destiny
You’ll find your hero is gone
Here at the tomb of your love
Where the ravens kill the doves
In unforgiving grips of pain
Leave me a rose in the rain
Ravage the desperation
Can you salvage the question
Of where to go in shadows
Do you follow the still echoes?
When the world shows you no empathy
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your life numbs all your memories
You’ll find your hero is gone
Your hero is gone
Follow the trail of tears
And whispers of the fears
You will find me here
But I am not your hero
When the world shows you no empathy
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your life numbs all your memories
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your world is gripped in agony
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your life is trapped by destiny
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your world is drenched in tragedy
You’ll find your hero is gone
When your life is drowned in misery
You’ll find your hero is gone
Your hero is gone
