And you can take my faith.
Tear away everything that is good
And rip the light from my eyes.
Deplete my strength
And leave me weak with despair.
Force me to my knees
And make the tears bleed.
Push aside my angels
And shake all I know.
But you can never take
My ability to heal
And rise stronger.

Turned into my ally,

Thank you so much. You have no idea how much it means to me. I've written for years, journals and journals but this is the closest I've ever gotten to sharing that part of myself with anyone. When you write things this personal it feels like you're putting yourself on display. It's always nice to be well received.
