punished for someone else's crime  
like a scratched up CD, it replays  
In my mind - slow motion animated hell  
a lifetime of abuse streaming a  
repetative silent horror in my prison cell  
I need to fix this mess  
I can't keep making excuses all the time  
DENIAL- it ain't only a river in Africa..   True?  
you know I have to go,  
I can not stay here with you.

try to understand and support me  
show me love, so I know  
Please help me see this through
