"My Lil' Cousin: Princess Warrior"
The strength to overcome often discussed and thrown around loosely and far too commonly.
But I know a young child
Beautiful and innocent
Fighting against unimaginable odds.
Her family trying to keep it all together, Though she just finds a smile
Through the wretched pain.
Resilient is her spirit,
Unspeakable is her power,
Named that of a
Legendary warrior's weapon.
She fights the demons inside
Vying to take her down.
Wearing a torn and frayed gown,
Evidence of the Hell she's withstood
She stands unsteady,
But ever ready,
For she knows she has an army behind her.
My cousin's a lil fighter,
Filled and overflowing with
Heart,
Love,
Fire, and
Desire
She knows not how to surrender
Keep fighting lil cousin,
We are all in your corner
Cheering for our child
Princess Warrior!

From inferences I am guessing that there is a medical condition involved. Not sure what you intended with the P.S.---must be intended for someone who knows you better?
Yeah saddly she does, it's called Friedreich's Ataxia, which is slowly eating away at her nervous system.

No its not cancer she has. Her condition is called Friedreich's Ataxia, which slowly eats away at your nervous system.
