Let Me Preach

We never learn from others mistakes.
Seeing others do wrong, and then doing just as we witnessed or worse.
We never understand or honestly treat the females heart correctly.
Nor do we listen to the warnings that are given and soon made into affect.
Knowing she doesn’t deserve how she is treated but do nothing to change it.
Upset about another man speaking the truth to her.
When in reality we should step it up and take the free advice.
Beating around the bush of love, being scared to admit how we feel.
Saying that we love her, but our actions show we seek another.
Waiting for her to pack her things to finally explain how we feel.
Indirectly making our ways to show women the true meaning of a real man.
We fall in love with what they do for us: the sex, money, power given, then the love that they provide. 
Soon becoming selfish and losing sight of the fact that we should do more for her.
Not doing the smallest things to make women happy because we happen to be too cool. 
Afraid to say the “L” word, to refrain from looking like a fool. 
Realizing what the good ones do for us and then keeping a second female on the side. 
We often blame the female for the wrong doings, assumptions and lies.
Most likely we’re doing it and not wanting to feel the pain that you have once felt or soon will.
Trapped in a bad cycle is where it all starts as a boy.
Finding a way out and sticking to a better cycle is what makes the new man.
