Today, I broke down for no reason, having the most simpliest things tear at my heart, things that never used to bother me, have hit me like a rock to the face..
I truly wish no one had to feel like you and I.

It's such a heart breaking, tormenting feeling that seems to never go away.

Today, I reached out to my foster mom and my foster grandma, I told them I just wasn't in a good mental state, and I wanted to be around them because I was so scared I would do something I wouldn't live to regret.

The world is cruel, hurtful, and in a dark journey that won't fix itself..
