Healing

I would like to take this moment,
Cleanse it and calm It.
Before I forgive myself,
for all the times I have been unfair to myself.
To stop the guilt, the self-blaming
and erase the regret

I am tired of making myself sick
I want to allow myself to really be at peace.
To know exactly who I am
and really be pleased
.
To be pure , firm and unshaken.
Why do people stop you?
from being yourself.
why do they make it  look
like a ridiculously  ugly picture?
Do they fear
what you can  not see in yourself?
Or the day when you finally realize who you are?

I want to allow myself to heal
Give myself time to be real.
Ask for another set of cards
to play this game of being me
