There's magic in the woods. Mysteries waiting to be solved and treasures waiting to be found. Stroll through the leaves littering the ground creating a musky smell. Life all around you as you watch the pollen float in the sun beams that break through the trees. Birds chattering above you. Are they encouraging you to continue? Or warning you away? Taste the water dripping from vines that block your way. Each drop like renewal. Your heart beating a fairy tale and smiles bring the doves. You dance with butterflies and your laughter mixes with the song of the waterfall.
Stand still with your eyes closed and listen to the tales of the past. Battles fought by man and beast told by the echoes in the wind. Smell the fires that burned long ago in hidden caves. Serpents and insects watch your every step. Keeping just ahead of you, leading you deeper into the greens. The farther you go, the more you lose yourself. Fallen trees like dead giants welcome you. You touch the cold bark and shiver. The shadows creep in and your torment bleeds out in poetry spoken by an ancient tongue. Predators circle and wait to see if you will join them in the dance of survival, or fall victim to the hunting bear.
There's magic in the woods. Both beautiful and horrific. Embrace them both and your eyes will be opened to the many wonders that hide hoping to exist for just a little while longer.
Embrace them both and your body will crave the solitude of the trees where man and woman can freely fornicate.
The woman will lay upon the ground digging her fingers into the soil and open her legs in welcome. The man will dig his fingers into the woman's flesh while he impales himself inside her body. The most ancient of rituals performed on a bed of moss witnessed by creatures of this world and the Other. Her screams will be added to the tales told by the wind. His roar of release will be added to the wing whispers of birds and insects.
When life has been created the man and woman will hold hands and continue their search for the magic of the woods. Forever connected to the Earth.
