equilibrium

we’ll make
music, poetry, art
love
and lay intertwined
between the suns set
and the suns rise
interminably seising to
seize the day
waking up in the lower canopy
of brown green leaves and
peels of unmasked fruit
no uncertainty of our unremitting apex
no questioning how we awoke
in an orchid so sweet
and so ripe
our souls decree
and our souls collide
perhaps not in this life time
perhaps in the transmigration  
of us reborn as singular stars
mastery of beauty fleeting the sky
lucid, falling to one another  
in a time that humans may still exist
we’ll flicker the eyes of lovers
precipitating music, poetry, art
love
children constructing wishes  
and we’ll crash to the earth
as one meteorite
unconscious to the suns set
and the suns rise
between the haunt of fruiting trees
so sweet
and so ripe
