Clichés
I had to admit it, after all
I really did miss her,
The girl you don't see coming,
The girl you met in class and never uttered a word
The one who was there hidden
And you're the typical weirdo who thinks he's special
As if listening to Mozart makes you special
But suddenly you do feel special
Because she has discovered you and "gets" you,
But you know that what you crave for is attention
You should've kept it at friends but you didn't
You ended up in deep and both were hurt in their time
But this kind of thing will mend and break apart again
And one day out of nowhere you just realize
This was a fuck up after all how could both of us miss it?
The girl everyone still asks you about,
The girl who they know and you know and who knows who she is
I hate to admit to cliches, man, but yes,
I do miss her.
