Heaven only knows
Heaven only knows.
The things that go through my mind,
When I see you in that dress,
When I see you glowing in the night.
Dancing away, hand and hand
Twirling, stepping,
Matching pace With me.
Thoughts romantic that
Never pass my lips
Thoughts that whisper for contact
Between our lips, our skin.
I can never express them verbally,
So I do it through my body language through the way I hold,
The way I lead you.
Tonight you've mesmerized me
And heaven only knows
What you've got me thinking.
The things that go through my mind,
