Clues...
I wish you knew,
How close you were to the truth,
You should’ve dug a little deeper,
Stayed a little longer,
Had a bit more patience,
Looked deeper into my dark eyes,
Touched softer onto my cold lips,
Scrubbed harder onto my bloodied skin,
Spoke sweeter into my deafened ears,
Yet you turned around and gave up,
Went on to scream, shout and leave,
Slammed the door harshly behind,
Left me sitting, smirking and thinking,
“I guess you’ll never know where the body is”.

Had a bit more patience,
Looked deeper into my dark eyes,
Touched softer onto my cold lips,
Scrubbed harder onto my bloodied skin,
