In awe of love.

 
My hands are resting on your cheeks,
we breathe each others breath,
you brush your fingers through my hair,
pulling me closer to your lips.

You kiss me oh, so tenderly,
the passion starts to swell,
ive never kissed like this before,
i wonder... Can you tell?

Your lips tug on my bottom lip,
then you slowly pull away,
i look at you through glassy eyes,
as you gaze deeply into me.

You gently move my fallen hair,
back into perfect place,
whispering in my burning ear,
how you love my sweetened taste.

You urge me to lay beside you,
my head is cradled in your arm,
you hold me tight, in a warm embrace,
intently i listen, to your beating heart.

Ive never felt like this before,
and as we watch the dazzling stars,
tears fall from my moistened eyes,
surely, this must be love?
