Motive...what motive?
Motive
Who needs a motive?
More importantly
Who needs a motive to kill, torture, rape, pillage and loot
Sure give a reason
It'll fall on deaf ears
and give a few family members peace of mind
While you stay in a straight jacket
Or orange pj's
Think of nature itself
Does a hyena need to explain to a lion why it stole the lions meal?
Does a crocodile have to explain why it attacks buffalo at the waterhole?
Does a monkey explain why it stole from a human?
No!
Yet when its a people crime
There must be reason
A crime of passion
Greed
Lust
Pure hatred
Poverty
Something!
Anything!
Please we want a motive!
In short
Why do we need a reason?
Here's a reason
It's in our nature
To kill
Steal
Fuck
and deceive
So motive...what motive?
There is none

Highway..you always make me think..
But see doll..human beings have free will and a conscience. So the animal argument doesnt hold strong. Well fed sharks can live in a tank in an aquarium full of grooper and never make a kill.
Unless you are a psychopath or sociopath you kinda do need a motive to do things that repulse the average person to think about doing to someone.
A creepy write..thats one of your more developed more focused pieces. Because i dont agree with your logic in any way...doesnt mean its not a good piece. But do worry about you as a human being if you dont see its flaw.

You worry about me as a human. I propose to you this perhaps I'm more human than others because I embrace my primal instincts. That having a motive is something constructed by people to better understand criminals.
Regarding animals it still does hold strong as your argument is about a creatures in captivity which does not accurately represent nature itself. Regarding free will one could argue that it is an illusion. How much free will do we really have? But I always appreciate your feedback
