the blade of betrayal
a blade that has no handle
it cuts both ways
the blade has no shape
no wielder
no legacy
only a hunt for blood
whose throat will it slit next
whose lies will fuel its power
whose to say how many victims its taken
the strength of the lies chose who will die
but nobody ever lives in the end
they all bleed out eventually...
