Shy of mind

Out there I wait
But its just out of reach
I've been put under
I cant look away
Stay in flickering lights
Only on cold nights

We don't want
But we just need
Wasted words
Planted seeds
So shy, in mind
Each hair attentive
For each grin

All of my time is
Just something of a wind
I've died, come alive, wont you?
I don't know how you've been
Startled stare surprised to see
Everything this skin longs to be
I will wait
Found you today
In something of a dream

Can't keep this eye
Shouldn't I thrive?
Or is it enough to survive?
I doubt, because its never
Never enough, feather, feather
Fly to heaven, wont you?
Fly for me, wingless
Lest I allow my eyes adore
Lest I found what I'm waiting for
My waiting something of a wind
I've died, come alive, wont you?

Perfection exists only in dreams
And in every word I have found
To guide me straight
Perfect is only in dreams
And in those flickering lights

I only see this mind
In evenings dying light
Only times when the winds right
An air-existence
A reality resistance
Come in dreams and days
Sparkle-eyed ways

I've found a taste
I refuse hast
But only in heart
I am scarred, far apart
Sad eyes have waited
Found waking and elated
I have waited
My inertia somewhat of a wind
I've died, come alive, wont you?
