Only thing that cums to mind is that alien being in japan that lives in rivers and pulls children in. 4 feet tall. Beak. Amphibious (water) and has a plate on his head. Water must remain in plate or certain dried up death. He can talk, and play a mean banjo.

Recently in the news there was mention of finding water on Mars. I thought maybe a bird too was hiding there somewhere taking sips of the water. Hence the haoku, a form I invented (similar to a haiku) that tries to say the most in the very least way using only nouns. Thanks for your interest and Japan story,
