Stress
Stress is like a raging river,
flowing like rapids over the rocks,
beating upon every rock and log along
it's path
Spinning and dancing along the way
calming everything that gets in it's way
never calming it self
but just beating and running hard
My body is feeling it, almost as if
I myself were beat against those rocks
I don't know if I should scream, pray,
or just pass-out
Life and stress gets a hold of everyone
now and again how we handle it is what
separates us
Some yell and treat everyone around them
like shit, others pray, and some just go
crazy
But no matter how stressed I get I will always
let the Goddess be my rock, my stronghold
She will calm my soul and the rapids in the river
flowing like rapids over the rocks,
beating upon every rock and log along
it's path
Spinning and dancing along the way
calming everything that gets in it's way
never calming it self
but just beating and running hard
My body is feeling it, almost as if
I myself were beat against those rocks
I don't know if I should scream, pray,
or just pass-out
Life and stress gets a hold of everyone
now and again how we handle it is what
separates us
Some yell and treat everyone around them
like shit, others pray, and some just go
crazy
But no matter how stressed I get I will always
let the Goddess be my rock, my stronghold
She will calm my soul and the rapids in the river
