Echoes.
Perpetual reverberations of
that faint, powerless whine
of the Being, being excommunicated from
the Eden of the
Womb
Echoes,
recklessly throwing themselves
into the Ether, laments of separation
from Love.
Rebounding on the cold, unyielding slopes of
ragged mountains
and cast again into the void, splintered, fractured
to intermingle with their brothers
and sisters
ever fading
All they are, all we are
Just
Fading
Echoes.

My heart & soul throbs tremendously.
Merely they feel helpless in blackened mist, with beckoning hands reaching far out to only touch.. to feel .. to share & rekindle what was fading.
As whisperings murmurs " Where are you? for a breeze of you will soothe like a thousand nights of love"

We are but echoes, I agree. Some may shout louder but ultimately their noise will fade just the same as anyone else's, into ever more distant, decreasing cold & isolated inaudible tones.
