this reminded me of the times I used to put tiny bells on my Pro Keds and loved how it sounded when I danced or played double dutch with my friends.
I also had them on my ice skates, but they didn't ring much...lol

If it's not too startling to mention, ankle jewellery used to be a sign you were a prostitute (that was told by youth worker about a bracelet a girl in our group wore around her ankle).
