Whatever the heart sings of
The heart sings in beats
Which birth billowing red plumes of
Whatever the heart sings of
Curious how
The growing swirls lift the body
The plumes' wisps seep out through pores
swirling in search of other hearts to reach
Do you think the heart can hear?
For if not that searching is in vein
Lost in the vast unconnected universe
I'd like to think that your heart has ears.
Which birth billowing red plumes of
Whatever the heart sings of
Curious how
The growing swirls lift the body
The plumes' wisps seep out through pores
swirling in search of other hearts to reach
Do you think the heart can hear?
