Trust
There are only so many lies you can tell me
Only so many convincing words you can feed me
Before you forget what's the truth
You can lie to my face
And I will willingly accept them
One by one
Cherishing them by my heart
So when I find out that they were nothing but lies
I can crush you that much harder
I will have that much pain
Deep in my heart
To not gve you a second thought
I will not shed a single tear
When I leave you
So I can move on with my life
With no regrets
Just remembering why I trusted you

Awesome~, this is a really great poem! I probably wouldn't be able to just move on like that though. What inspired you to write this poem? Seems like it's something that's happened to you before. O.o just curious though, you don't have to answer. ^.^
