Ill love you forever
The worst thing in life is watching someone you love, love someone else. It's hard to bare and even harder to be apart of. When your best friend is only that, a best friend.
I lay my head down about to sleep
i check your status and i begin to weep
my phone vibrates and i see your text
i relive a million times what happens next
you said to me we need to talk
you said this might come as a shock
i burried my head awaiting the pain
my tears falling down like rain
what came next tore out my heart
you threw it on the ground and ripped it apart
no empathy for the pain i felt
no consideration for the hand i was dealt
but still i hold my head up high
always asking God why
i still wanted to be your best friend
even though you brought my life to an end
I say this, ill love you forever
forever's a long time, but i say never
because i know how much you mean to me
and this is what you failed to see.

It's sad, though it lacks a lot of substantial detail and due to that feels like a very cliche whinge. I hope that you do bring out the detail whether the rhyme can come with you on the journey or not.
