The Shell Seekers
I am your wanton treasure
Gathered from the backroads
And the inelegant jumble
That is the city
Where I live
With moonstone eyes
And diamond drop nipples
The silken road of my skin
Brings your hands to pearls
And your body home to mine
Jetstone hair and skin dusted topaz
The ruby grapefruit lips that are
The acquired addiction
Neither salt nor sweet
Your breakfast feast
Between my thighs
Can you do as pirates do
Damn the rights and take possession
A claim made in truth
The conquering of these riches?
Will you gather to you
Only the rarest, the most valuable
Or will you bring me home
At last?
Gathered from the backroads
And the inelegant jumble
That is the city
Where I live
With moonstone eyes
And diamond drop nipples
The silken road of my skin
Brings your hands to pearls
And your body home to mine
Jetstone hair and skin dusted topaz
The ruby grapefruit lips that are
The acquired addiction
Neither salt nor sweet
Your breakfast feast
Between my thighs
Can you do as pirates do
Damn the rights and take possession
A claim made in truth
The conquering of these riches?
Will you gather to you
Only the rarest, the most valuable
Or will you bring me home
At last?
