mirage of a dream
I had a dream
But no one could seem
To understand
what I have seen
It was him and her
Between the woods
With nothing to do
And no where to go
He opened his eyes
to realize
Where he was
But could not recognize
A girl stood far ahead
Looking rather dead
Carrying a colorful Ted
Wind swept through woods
And the breeze bristled nude
Boy stood there and looked
Deserted in the woods
It was no place for fools
It brought up painful tools
To spare the heart of crooks
Memories of past deaths
spread like crumbs of bread
Heart bruised and suddenly dead
And those worthy of pain bled
But no one could seem
To understand
what I have seen
It was him and her
Between the woods
With nothing to do
And no where to go
He opened his eyes
to realize
Where he was
But could not recognize
A girl stood far ahead
Looking rather dead
Carrying a colorful Ted
Wind swept through woods
And the breeze bristled nude
Boy stood there and looked
Deserted in the woods
It was no place for fools
It brought up painful tools
To spare the heart of crooks
Memories of past deaths
spread like crumbs of bread
Heart bruised and suddenly dead
And those worthy of pain bled
