Transition

Dark trees with their menacing leaves.
Cold breath.
Oh, how it hurts to breathe!
Neverending forest twists and twists,
steals away every explorers wits.
Endless searching.
Find it,
find it,
must find it!
Running through the horrors,
dark creatures clawing at you from the floor.
Black trees.
Black birds.
Black ground.
Black animals.
All black.

White dove flying through,
never thought it to be true.
Found it.
Follow it,
follow it.
To the light it goes,
swiftly dodging its dark foes.
Follow the dove,
escape the nightmare.
Wounds heal as the light pulls you in,
the pain it finally will end!

Beautiful meadow,
forest behind.
Springy grass,
new world.
Warm sunshine hugging your skin,
it won't hurt again.

The forest behind,
all gone away.
You're now the bird that leads the hopeless away.
