I like the way that the lines are spaced out to reflect the progression of time itself. Interesting little snippet. As an idea, I like it.
A few little grammar niggles to fix in the spirit of honest critque:
"time has me feeling like I'm in a trance
you're moving in slow
time has got me confused
I'm not sure how this could go"
