Strapped
Drop pretenses down to lower levels
in anticipation of crueler straps
with your entire body the devil's
contorted by urges until it snaps
Erase other existence inside flame
as mundane thoughts dissolve within fire
while passion's saturation finds your frame
prepared to surrender to desire
Quiver beneath shadow adapted dark
to purge emptiness found in hungry veins
as I impale you with an ember's spark
and sigh as from flesh all held tension drains
Night falls like embrace from a welcome blade
to bring you the bliss of being afraid
